GO4SCHOOL is a complete school management platform that supports schools, school complexes and school networks in their daily operations: pedagogy, finances, communication, human resources, transport, catering and school health. It serves schools, parents, teachers, students, as well as operational staff (drivers, cooks, nurses, supervisors) and governance bodies (promoters, supervisory organizations).

GO4SCHOOL covers student and enrollment management, evaluations and report cards, timetables, school fees with mobile money payments, accounting, human resources and payroll, stock and expenses, multi-channel communication (SMS, email, push notifications), document generation (cards, certificates, diplomas), school transport (GO4SFLEET), catering (GO4SCATERING), the infirmary (GO4SHEALTH), an AI assistant (GO4SIA) and multi-school supervision (GO4SPILOT).

You can access GO4SCHOOL through your web browser using your email, phone number or registration number as your login. The platform is available 24/7. A mobile app is also available on Android and iOS for most roles.

Yes. A single account can hold several roles (for example parent and teacher, or teacher in two different schools). At login, a role selector lets you choose your space, and you can switch roles at any time without logging out, both on the web and on mobile.

To create a new student, go to the 'Students' section, click 'Add a student', fill in the required information (last name, first name, date of birth, place of birth, gender) and add a photo. The student automatically receives a unique registration number and a QR code. You can also bulk-import students from an Excel file.

Enrollments are managed in the dedicated section. You can enroll students in different classes according to the current academic year. The system keeps the enrollment history and handles yearly re-enrollments automatically.

In the GO4SFEES module, you define fee types (tuition, registration, exam, transport, catering, activities) with amounts per class, installments, zones or plans, and payment schedules. Parents pay via mobile money (MTN, Orange) or submit a manual payment proof validated by the administration. You can also grant per-student discounts.

The system automatically generates report cards from the evaluations entered by teachers. You can customize the design, include teacher remarks and generate report cards per class or individually. GO4SCHOOL also produces honor rolls, class council minutes, success certificates, end-of-cycle certificates and diplomas.

Generating timetables first requires configuring courses, time slots, and assigning teachers. The system automatically checks for schedule conflicts and optimizes course distribution according to your settings.

The GO4SCOUNT module offers full OHADA-compliant accounting: chart of accounts, journals, automatic entries for payments, general ledger, balance sheet, financial statements, budgets and DSF (real and virtual). All financial transactions are automatically recorded and modifications are audited.

GO4SCHOOL provides an Excel import module for students and staff. Download the provided template file, fill it in with your data, then import it into the platform. The system automatically maps the columns and processes the import in the background. You are notified once the import is complete, with a report of imported rows and any errors.

The GO4SRH module lets you manage complete staff profiles, create and track employment contracts and their amendments, handle clock-in and attendance, process leave requests and their balances, and run performance appraisals with configurable grids. Each staff member has a centralized digital file.

The GO4SPAYROLL module generates staff payslips, manages salary advances with an approval workflow, processes payments and produces detailed payroll reports. Compensation items are configurable and payslips are generated automatically each period.

The GO4STOCK module provides full management of items, suppliers, purchase orders, deliveries and inventories, with low-stock and out-of-stock alerts. It also receives restocking requests sent by the catering (GO4SCATERING) and infirmary (GO4SHEALTH) modules.

The GO4SCOM module lets you send communications by SMS, email and push notifications. You can target your messages by class, level, role or individually. Communications are archived and you can track their read status. Two-way conversations (chat) are also available between the school, teachers and parents.

The GO4SXPENSE module lets you record the school's expenses, submit expense requests to a two-step approval process (validation then payment), and track the budget. Approved expenses are automatically integrated into the accounting.

The GO4SDOC module generates student and staff cards with an embedded QR code. You can customize the card design, generate them in bulk or individually, and download them as a ZIP file for printing. The student's QR code is then used for bus boarding, canteen check-in and identification at the infirmary.

The complex space offers consolidated pedagogical and financial dashboards, multi-school staff and role management, SMS messaging and subscriptions. Some modules (HR, payroll, transport) are shared at complex level, while the others remain specific to each school. You switch schools from the navigation bar, with an 'All schools' view on some modules.

For schools with exam classes, GO4SCHOOL lets you record official exam results, consolidate them per school and share them with parents, who can view and download their child's transcript.

The GO4SFEES module offers per-student and per-family solvency tracking with PDF/Excel exports. Parents can submit moratorium requests (payment deferrals) that the administration approves or rejects. An approved moratorium is automatically applied as a waiver in the transport and catering modules.

For secondary schools, the school can define surveillance sectors and assign supervisors to them. From the mobile app, the supervisor manages student absences and latenesses, reports staff absences, records disciplinary incidents, performs rounds, fills in course reports and generates a daily report.

The GO4SCHOOL service fees correspond to parents' digital access to the platform. The school manages access activation family by family in a dedicated menu, separate from the school's treasury. When access is not active, the parent keeps sight of their fees and cart, but pedagogical data is locked.

As a teacher, you go to the 'Evaluations' section, select your class and subject, then enter grades directly in the system. Grades are immediately available for average calculations and report card generation. You can publish, unpublish or correct an evaluation.

Your personal timetable is accessible from your dashboard. You can see all your courses, assigned rooms, and classes. You receive automatic notifications whenever your schedule changes.

In each course, you take attendance electronically; absences are automatically recorded and communicated to parents if configured. For primary and nursery, a daily roll call replaces per-session attendance.

You can send targeted communications to parents (SMS, emails, push notifications) to a whole class or individually, and exchange with them through two-way conversations (chat) attached to your classes.

Use the 'Leave' section to submit your requests. Specify the leave type, dates, and add a justification if needed. Your management will automatically receive the request for approval.

From your interactive timetable, you start and end each course session, with electronic signature. During a session, you have access to the attendance sheet, the textbook and the associated pedagogical projects. If the school has enabled QR code check-in, your class presence is scanned and feeds the calculation of your hourly earnings.

The administration can set up performance appraisals with configurable evaluation grids. Appraisals are carried out over defined periods and can include a self-assessment. If you disagree with an appraisal, you can submit an appeal.

The ISE is a periodic indicator that summarizes each student's follow-up (results, attendance, behavior). As a teacher, you view the calculated periods, can trigger a recalculation and grant per-student bonuses. Parents and students view the index in read-only mode.

From your space, you create a ranking session for a given class and period: the system computes averages and ranks, you check each student's status, then you finalize. The ranking is also available on the mobile app.

From your web or mobile space, you create stories (photo, video or audio) to share classroom life. Depending on the school's configuration, the story is published directly or submitted for review. You then track view statistics and reactions.

The mobile app gives you access to your dashboard with the day's sessions, your timetable, your classes and student lists, evaluation creation and grade entry, attendance (per session or daily), the textbook, pedagogical tracking, periodic rankings, communications, your payslips and hourly earnings, your administrative documents, stories and the Juju AI assistant.

The GO4SCHOOL mobile app (Android and iOS) lets you view your children's grades, report cards, absences, latenesses and timetables, pay fees via mobile money or payment proof, receive communications and chat with the school, follow your child's transport, catering and health, view the schools' stories and use the Juju AI assistant. If you have several children, a carousel lets you switch between them, even across different schools.

Log in with your parent credentials, select your child if you have several, then go to the 'Grades and evaluations' section. You will see all grades by subject, averages, and their evolution over time.

The 'Payments' section shows all fees due for your children. Add fees to your cart — a single cart, even if your children attend different schools — then pay via mobile money (MTN or Orange). You can also make a manual payment by submitting a payment proof that will be validated by the administration, and download your receipts as PDF.

The parent dashboard displays a summary of your child's absences and latenesses. You also receive automatic notifications for unjustified absences. Absence justifications are handled by the school administration.

You receive communications sent by the school and teachers (announcements, summons, circulars) and can reply to them, including RSVP to invitations (present/absent/late). Two-way conversations (chat) with teachers are also available for each child.

All official documents (report cards, success certificates, school attendance certificates, official exam transcripts) are available in the 'Documents' section. You can download them as PDF and print them whenever needed.

If you have several children enrolled, even in different schools, you switch between them via the child selector. Each child has their own data (grades, absences, documents), while the payment cart and stories are grouped at your account level, across all schools.

The parent space has dedicated sections to view your child's exit authorizations (downloadable as PDF) and disciplinary incidents. You are notified whenever a new event is recorded by the school.

If your school uses GO4SFLEET, you can view your child's route (stops, outbound/return times), their trips of the day and their bus boarding status. The driver confirms boarding by scanning the child's QR code, and you are notified. You also see the status of their transport subscription.

If your school uses GO4SCATERING, you can view the published menus, your child's meal history, their declared allergies and dietary requirements, and the payment status of their canteen subscription.

If your school uses GO4SHEALTH, you fill in your child's medical record (history, allergies, emergency contacts), view their infirmary visits and vaccinations, authorize recurring treatments and access shared medical documents. In case of an emergency, you are notified and can download the report.

From your space, you can submit a moratorium request to defer a payment deadline, with a reason. The administration approves or rejects it, and you track the status of your requests for all your children, across all schools. An approved moratorium counts as a waiver for transport and catering.

The stories feed gathers publications from all your children's schools: photos, videos and school life announcements. You can react and reply to them. The feed is available on the web and the mobile app.

Your personalized timetable is available on your student dashboard. It displays all your courses, rooms, and teachers. You receive notifications for timetable changes.

The 'My grades' section gives you access to all your evaluations by subject, your term averages, and your rank in the class. You can track your progress throughout the year, as well as your Student Tracking Index.

Your student space lets you view the history of your absences and latenesses. Justified and unjustified absences are clearly distinguished. To submit a justification, contact your school's administration.

The 'My courses' section gives you access to the list of your subjects, information about each course, and the content shared by your teachers through the textbook. You will find the syllabus and resources associated with each subject.

The 'Communications' section of your student space gathers all messages and announcements sent by your school. You receive notifications for new communications and can browse the history of all received messages.

Each student has a unique QR code, printed on their school card. It is used to confirm boarding on the school bus, to check in at the canteen, and to quickly identify them at the infirmary. The information displayed when scanned depends on the permissions of the person scanning.

The driver has a dedicated mobile space: dashboard of the day, list of their trips and routes (stops, schedules), boarding and unboarding children by QR code scan, trip notes, fuel entry, reporting vehicle maintenance and incidents, and managing their driving license.

When getting on the bus, the driver scans the child's QR code with their phone. The app checks that the child is assigned to the route and that their subscription is up to date, confirms the boarding and notifies the parents. Special cases (child not assigned, already on board, subscription overdue) are flagged to the driver.

From the mobile app, you view your registered license and its status (valid, expiring soon, expired — automatically derived from the expiration date), and you can update it by uploading the new document. The fleet manager is notified when the expiration approaches.

The fleet manager administers vehicles (documents, insurance, technical inspection), drivers and their licenses, routes (stops, schedules, crews), student route assignments, live trip tracking, fuel entries, maintenance and incidents, with Excel/PDF exports and a dedicated dashboard.

Transport subscriptions are linked to GO4SFEES payments: each student displays a solvency status (up to date, overdue, not subscribed). The driver sees this status at boarding time. The administration can grant waivers, and an approved payment moratorium automatically counts as a waiver.

Drivers record fuel fill-ups, maintenance (oil change, tires, brakes, repairs) and incidents (accident, breakdown, violation) from mobile or web. Each entry goes through manager validation, with costs, suppliers and history per vehicle.

The cook manages dishes, recipes and menus; the canteen manager oversees meal plans, subscriptions, allergies and diets, stock requests and consumption. Both have a dashboard (meals of the day, attendance, alerts) on the web and the mobile app.

At meal service, the canteen staff scans each student's QR code (continuously, from web or mobile) to record their meal attendance. Manual check-in by class list is also possible, with attendance corrections and comparison between expected and actual headcount.

You create your dishes with their categories (starter, main course, dessert, drink…) and ingredients linked to stock, compose menus by day and meal type, then publish them — parents see them in their space. Meal plans (half board, full board, occasional) define which meals and days are covered by each subscription.

Allergies are declared by parents, the canteen or the infirmary, and synchronized with the medical record. Special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, medical, religious…) are recorded per student. The kitchen receives per-meal alerts for the students concerned.

The canteen computes its food needs from menus and headcounts (per day, week or period), sends restocking requests to the GO4STOCK module with an approval and delivery workflow, then validates actual consumption after service, which is deducted from stock.

Canteen subscriptions are synchronized with GO4SFEES payments: each student displays a solvency status visible to staff at check-in. This status is informational — no child is denied a meal — and approved moratoriums count as waivers.

The nurse manages student medical records, records infirmary visits and emergencies, runs the pharmacy (inventory, batches, expirations), tracks vaccinations and screening campaigns, administers recurring treatments and manages medical documents — on the web as well as on the mobile app, with fast student identification by scanning their QR code.

Each student has a medical record (blood type, allergies, chronic conditions, emergency contacts) filled in by the parents and validated by the infirmary. Health data is restricted to authorized medical staff, and an access log traces every view, export or print of sensitive data.

Each visit is recorded with the reason, symptoms, care given and decision (back to class, sent home, hospital). Emergencies are classified by severity, parents are notified and a PDF report can be generated. Parents see their child's latest visits in their space.

The pharmacy manages the inventory of medicines and consumables with batches and expiration dates, expiry and stock-out alerts. Restocking requests are sent to the GO4STOCK module with an approval and delivery workflow.

The infirmary keeps the vaccination registry with reminders, bulk entry by class and coverage rate per vaccine. Screening campaigns (vision, hearing, dental, nutrition…) allow collective entry of results. Parents view their child's records in their space.

For students on long-term treatment, the infirmary records the dosage and frequency, with required parental authorization. Each intake is traced (given, missed, refused) and parents follow the day's intakes from their space.

The promoter has a health dashboard for their school: a global score out of 100 broken down into a financial score (revenue, expenses, collection) and a pedagogical score (headcount, attendance, results), with trends, priority alerts and a downloadable PDF report. The space is available on the web and the mobile app.

GO4SPILOT is the space for supervisory organizations (school networks, oversight bodies, groups): it consolidates data from several schools for pedagogical, financial, HR and official exam supervision, with benchmarking, multi-year analytics, smart alerts, reports, network communications and inspections.

The pilot tracks, for each attached school, averages and success rates, fee collection, HR indicators (student/teacher ratio, absences, contracts), and official exam results. A benchmarking tool and multi-year analytics complete the supervision, with automatic alerts in case of drift.

The pilot generates reports (PDF, Excel, CSV) on the scope of its choice, sends network communications (circulars, notes, announcements, with optional SMS), shares documents and plans inspections with reports and tracked recommendations.

The pilot invites its members and assigns them roles, either system or custom, through a permission matrix per resource (read, create, update, delete) covering dashboards, supervisions, reports, communications, inspections and administration. An audit log traces the changes.

SMS sendings consume a credit balance visible in a dedicated dashboard (at standalone school, complex or pilot level), with consumption history and delivery tracking. You top up by purchasing SMS packs directly from the platform, with an invoice.

Juju is the intelligent assistant built into GO4SCHOOL. It answers your questions in your own context: a parent can ask for their child's grades or absences, a headmaster can query their school's data, a pilot their network's. It is available on the web and the mobile app, according to the activation chosen by your institution.

Using Juju consumes tokens; the school or organization tracks its balance and tops up with packs purchasable online. The administration chooses who has access to the assistant (by space, role or person), can enrich its answers with its own documents (knowledge base) and supervise conversations.

Stories are short publications (photos, videos, announcements) that share school life. Teachers and staff create them, the school can moderate them, and parents view them in a single feed gathering all their children's schools, with reactions and replies.

From your profile, you set your notification preferences by channel and event type, for each of your roles. Mobile push notifications open the relevant screen directly (new grade, absence, payment, communication…).

On your first login (and with each major new feature), an interactive guided tour walks you through your space step by step: navigation, menus and key actions. You can close it at any time; it no longer appears once completed.

The navigation search bar gives you quick access, from 3 characters, to the relevant records of your space: students, classes, parents and staff for the school; your classes as a teacher; your children as a parent.

GO4SCHOOL uses state-of-the-art encryption to secure all data. Information is stored in highly secured databases with automatic backups. Access is controlled by strict security policies, per-role permissions and, for health data, an access log.

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page, enter your email or phone number. You will receive a reset link by email or SMS. Follow the instructions to create a new secure password.

Yes, GO4SCHOOL is fully responsive and a native mobile app is available on Android and iOS. It covers many roles: parent, teacher, driver, nurse, cook and canteen manager, sector supervisor, promoter, as well as a staff attendance Kiosk mode using QR codes that works even offline. A user can hold several roles and switch between them without logging out.

GO4SCHOOL supports a multi-tenant architecture. Each school has its own separated and secured data. Users can have different roles in several schools and easily switch between them through the interface. School complexes and pilot organizations additionally have consolidated views.

GO4SCHOOL sends real-time push notifications through the mobile app. You are instantly alerted for important events: new grades, absences, payments, communications, bus boarding, health emergencies. Each notification opens the relevant screen directly, and every user can customize their preferences from their profile.

GO4SCHOOL provides a multi-data export module covering the HR, financial, academic, transport, health and catering domains. Exports are generated in the background and you are notified when the file is ready to download. Available formats include Excel and PDF depending on the data type.
