Terms of sale — messaging service

Article 1 - Service Provider

The SMS messaging service is provided by FNT TECH SARL, a Cameroonian company with a share capital of 1,000,000 FCFA, registered under RCCM number RC/DLA/2018/B/2478, tax identification number M071812713070A.

Article 2 - Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of SMS credits on the GO4SCHOOL platform, operated by FNT TECH SARL. The service allows educational institutions to send SMS notifications to parents, students and staff.

Article 3 - Pricing

SMS credits are sold in packs according to a volume-based pricing grid. Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (including VAT at the applicable rate). Prices may be changed at any time; already purchased credits remain usable under the original purchase conditions.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made exclusively via Mobile Money (MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money) through the Notchpay payment provider. Payment is due at the time of order. Transaction fees are borne by the buyer and displayed before confirmation.

Article 5 - SMS Credits

• SMS credits are non-refundable after purchase.
• SMS credits are non-transferable between institutions.
• SMS credits do not expire.
• Credits are added immediately after payment confirmation.

Article 6 - Promotions and Promo Codes

Temporary promotions (discounts, bonus credits) may be offered from time to time. Specific conditions for each promotion are indicated at the time of purchase. Promotions are not cumulative unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Article 7 - Invoicing

An electronic PDF invoice is automatically generated for each credit purchase. The invoice is downloadable from the dashboard and sent by email to the buyer.

Article 8 - Limitation of Liability

FNT TECH SARL shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery attributable to telecommunications operators. The service is provided "as is" and FNT TECH SARL does not guarantee a 100% delivery rate.

Article 9 - Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon.
